Our founding attorney, Mark Yelish, is now offering his 40 years of experience in family law and criminal law as a mediator and arbitrator. Our husband-and-wife team of Todd and Laura Yelish has strong legal professionals providing effective representation in family law and criminal law matters. They each have a Master of Law (LLM) in taxation. With their advanced tax law degrees, Todd and Laura help families benefit from their meticulous attention to the tax consequences in divorce cases and estate planning.
Todd and Laura volunteer for Kitsap Legal Services, Kitsap Board of Trustees, Human Trafficking task force. They are also members of the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (WACDL).
